I was a 30-year agent. My business was starting to slide downward and I realized that I had to do something. So I decided to go to my first BGI Boot Camp. I learned a lot and I changed a lot of what I did. When I came to my second Boot Camp, I brought one of my staff members ... and I realized the importance of being associated with her top agents who have also struggled and turned their businesses around ... and we started to grow. Last year, we grew 18% and the year before that, we grew 26%. For me, this has been a great experience.
