Anytime you speak something whether it’s in your thoughts or out loud, you are giving life to what you are saying; good or bad.

Let me ask you a question.

When you’re faced with a choice, do you choose to take hard action or do you make the easy excuse?

Think about these questions; Do you go to the gym or do you say you’re too busy? Do you call that scary prospect or choose to send an email instead? Do you fire that employee or choose to look the other way hoping they will change?

Most people choose the easy excuse over the hard action.

Two Powerful Questions Everyone Should Be Asking

Notice how I didn’t say how are you doing, or what’s up? Those questions usually get you an answer such as “good” or “can’t complain”, and really doesn’t bring the conversation anywhere interesting.

Who’s The Boss?

You know there is only one boss, right?

Whether a person shines shoes for a living or heads up the biggest corporation in the world, the boss remains the same.

It’s the CUSTOMER.

The customer is the person who pays everyone’s salary and who decides whether your business is going to succeed or fail.
