To make more money and have a successful business, all you have to do is LISTEN. My grandmother used to say, “God gave you two ears so that you listen twice as much as you talk.” Most of the time, I’m guilty of talking too much when I should be listening. Being a poor listener can seriously affect the success of your business and the quality of your relationships while being a successful listener can enrich both your professional and personal lives.
We need to make a constant effort to improve our listening skills on a daily basis. When I’ve got the right listening to talking ratio going, my life gets better, at home and at work. My customers really notice when I’m listening and they appreciate the attention I am giving to them.
