Feed Your Mind

Right now, I want you to consider that the most powerful influence you have in your life is the information that you are feeding into your mind.

If you want to produce different results in your life, then you have to think differently.Did you know that you can actually choose NOT to believe negative thoughts?

To nurture a different mindset takes practice, but as Albert Einstein said:

“We cannot solve our problems with the same thinking we used to create them.”

Here’s how it works. What you think about, you create. You are not what you think you are, but what you think you are.

The most constant influence of conditioning your mind that affects our lives, our results, and our ability to achieve is the information that we use to feed our mind.

Our minds are complex. However, how your mind works is actually quite simple. What you put into it, is what will come out of it.Your mind will simply act out on the input that it’s receiving.

I’m sure you‘ve heard “garbage in, garbage out.”This is so true when it comes to your mind. This is why it is critical that you be very careful about what you feed it.

So, what are you feeding your mind?Tragic news stories, TV shows, and then talking about it with people in your life?OR, are you listening to inspirational CDs or music on your way to work and/or taking some quiet time in the morning thinking about the blessings in your life?

These small changes from tragic input to uplifting input can make a huge impact on your thinking.

Be careful what you feed your mind, and know this; you are always feeding your mind.Everything that you see, hear, listen to, or watch is playing a part in creating your life.
