The single best tool you can use to grow the agency of your dreams is Role Playing.
Of all Learning Theory, role playing (Practice by Doing) is the 2nd best way to learn only surpassed by teaching others.
The Dictionary of Education explains role-playing as "an instructional technique involving a spontaneous portrayal (acting out) of a situation condition or circumstances by selected members of a learning group." The situation to which the person responds may be either structured or unstructured.
Your team members will gain valuable skills role playing in less than 10 minutes a day!
By continuously training and role playing with your team, they are able to develop their communication skills and practice using scripts that are proven to help your bottom line.
You do NOT want your team members to “practice” and ad lib while speaking with a customer or prospect. Be proactive in working with your team to prepare them for questions and situations they could encounter.
Your Sales Superstars need to practice and role play:
- Cross Selling
- Handing Objections
- and much more!
Keep in mind that Role playing is extremely important for ALL members of your team, not just your sales superstars.

Again, this is a very valuable tool to help you grow your business that takes up less than 10 minutes of your teams time a day.
