Almost every business owner I have spoken to in the past 4-5 weeks and every BGI Systems coaching member I have spoken with have already signed up for the Government’s (PPP) Paycheck Protection Program.
If you have not done so, do not wait any longer! You’ve never had an opportunity to get this type of grant of “free” money and will likely never see it again.
One of the features of PPP is designed to help small biz owners like you with expenses like payroll, rent, utilities, and more.
The people that I have spoken to have received as little as a $1,000 for a self-employed business with zero employees to over $650,000 for a dentist with 5 locations and 75 employees. Most agency owners tell me they have received between $30,000- $75,000.
If you have not filed for PPP, get with your local bank ASAP, specifically the commercial lending unit will be likely helping you get the paperwork filled out. Your CPA could likely be involved too.
I know most of you have probably already taken care of all of this, but I wanted to make sure I did my part so that no one was left out. As I am writing this (5/14) funds are still available. If you didn’t make it in the first round, as many didn’t, hurry now to make sure you don’t miss out.
ANOTHER MONEY TIP … if you own commercial property (your agency building is one example) watch your inbox next week for information that may save you thousands on your taxes!
I know it is Memorial Day next Monday and you will be enjoying your 3-day weekend and the last thing you want to do is think of taxes but don’t miss the email!
