Without you, our members and friends, BGI Systems would not exist.
I am always in awe of those of you seeking continued improvement from reading our content, listening/watching our info, attending our conferences, workshops and practicing our suggestions or those from another member. Your unselfishness shows tremendously at our 3-day Super Conference, one-day workshops, Platinum interviews, and especially at BGI Systems TPC Mastermind Meetings. This keeps me going, and why I am still here after more than a decade of founding BGI Systems in 2008.
Thanksgiving is right around the corner and while we are spending time with our families and sharing our favorite traditions, most of us are trying to find that PERFECT gift for our spouse or significant other for the holidays.
A few years ago, I came across an idea for a unique Christmas gift and always thought about starting it but never did. This year I am doing it.
Now Vanessa doesn’t know this, so please don’t tell her. So here it is ….
I purchased a journal… not just any journal, but a beautifully crafted leather-bound journal to keep the most precious moments and comments that I want to share how grateful I am for her, my wife.
Each day until Christmas morning I am recording in the journal just one instance of what she did that day that I am grateful for. On Christmas morning, I will have recorded 45 daily gratitude writings to present to her. I am excited about it, because the person I learned this from shared it with me and it is his wife’s most prized possession.
I started last weekend, while she was on vacation with her some of her best friends. Each day, she would just call and check on me or call to chat about our daughters, our new home construction, etc.… and what she doesn’t know, is how while she is away just a simple conversation can light up my day.
So, if you are looking for that perfect gift, starting today, you can start a gratitude journal for your spouse or significant other. You have 37 days to create one of the most greatest gifts to the one person you love the most.
Also, I am eternally grateful to you … our members, the readers, the studying, and implementers of our advice, experience, and some wisdom now and then.
You inspire me and our team to improve our systems so that you, your peers, and those you all lead can create their own legacies.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for this as it allows me to live my dream, and continue our dear departed son, Lil’ Bill’s legacy through his charitable fund.
